- Neon Dash
- Potion Pop
- Gem Fusion
- Glass Blocks
- Arcade Hub
About this policy
This policy applies to the Blue Labz Android games distributed on Google Play, listed above. It explains, in plain language, what data the games and the Google services they use handle, why, and how you can control it. For our website, see the website privacy policy.
Summary
- The games have no sign-up or login of their own, and Blue Labz runs no servers that receive data from the games.
- Your progress and preferences are stored on your device.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob, which uses the advertising ID and device data. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you make your choice before any ad is shown.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
- Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games when you have a Play Games profile on your device.
- Notifications only if you turn them on, and they are scheduled on the device itself.
- We use no analytics tools and we do not sell your data.
Who is responsible
Blue Labz, the independent studio that makes the games, is responsible (controller) for the data it handles directly: essentially the messages you send us. The Google services used in the games (AdMob, Google Play Billing and Google Play Games) handle data under Google's own responsibility, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What stays on your device
The games store files only in the app's private storage on your device:
- game progress (levels, scores, coins, items) and settings (language, sound, music, vibration);
- a record of your purchases, used to deliver and restore items, and counters used to limit how often ads appear;
- notification status (on or off and what is scheduled);
- images created when you use "Share".
These files are not sent to Blue Labz, and the games do not back them up to the cloud (Android auto backup is turned off in the games). They are deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The games are free and show ads from Google AdMob: rewarded videos (which you choose to watch), full-screen ads between rounds and, in some games, a banner. To serve and measure ads, cap repetition and fight fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and sends directly to Google data such as:
- your Android advertising ID;
- your IP address (which allows an approximate location to be estimated);
- device information, such as model, OS version, language and network type;
- usage and ad interaction data (for example, which ads were seen or tapped) and SDK performance diagnostics.
Blue Labz does not receive this individual data; we only see aggregated AdMob reports (such as the number of ads shown and revenue). Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.
Consent: every session, before loading any ad, the game checks Google's consent platform (UMP). Where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google shows a message so you can accept, decline or choose purposes. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalized or limited ads, which use less data. Outside those regions, ads may be personalized according to your Google account and device ad settings.
The "No Ads" purchase turns off ads between rounds and the banner; rewarded videos stay optional and can be skipped.
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
In-game purchases are processed by Google Play. Your name, card, billing address and other payment details are handled by Google under the Google Payments Privacy Notice; Blue Labz has no access to them.
The game only receives from Google the purchase confirmation (which product, the purchase state and a purchase token) to deliver the item, and keeps that record on your device. We do not use our own server to validate purchases. Through the Play Console, Google gives us transaction information, such as order number, product, date, amount and country, which we use for accounting, taxes, refunds and support.
Leaderboards and achievements (Google Play Games Services)
The games use Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and achievements. If you have a Play Games profile on your device, the game signs in to it automatically (no password prompt) and sends your scores and achievements to Google, linked to your player profile (player ID, display name and Play Games avatar). They may be visible to other players depending on your Play Games profile visibility settings.
The games do not read your e-mail, contacts or friends list. Without a Play Games profile or sign-in, nothing is sent: the game only keeps your best score and achievements on the device, to send them if you sign in later. This data stays with Google, under the Google Privacy Policy.
Notifications
The games can send reminders (for example, a reward is ready, the daily chest, an event, or a daily streak at risk) only if you turn them on: the game asks first and, on Android 13 or later, the system also asks for your permission. Notifications are scheduled on the device itself; their content goes through no server and nothing is sent to us. We send at most one a day (two on a few special days) and never between 10 pm and 8 am. You can turn them off at any time in the game settings or in Android settings.
Feedback by e-mail
The feedback option opens your e-mail app with a draft addressed to us, which includes the game name and version, the OS, the device model and the language, to help us understand problems. You can edit or delete this information, and nothing is sent until you tap send. We only receive what you send us. We use your message and e-mail address to reply and to improve the games. Our inbox is hosted by Gmail (Google).
Links outside the game
The "More games" screen opens other games' pages on Google Play or our website in your browser. The games do not log or send these taps.
No analytics
The games use no analytics or tracking tools (such as Firebase Analytics). They only keep internal counters, on the device, to limit how often ads appear and to tune difficulty. Android and Google Play may collect crash and performance reports from people who turned on usage and diagnostics sharing on their device; in that case we see, in the Play Console, aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
Why we use data and on what legal basis
Under Brazil's LGPD (art. 7) and, for people in Europe, the GDPR (art. 6):
- running the game, delivering purchases and recording scores and achievements: performance of the service you asked for (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b));
- notifications: your consent, which you can withdraw by turning them off (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a));
- ads: your consent where the law requires it (EEA, UK and Switzerland); elsewhere, our legitimate interest in keeping the games free (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f));
- replying to your feedback: our legitimate interest in helping you and improving the games;
- purchase records: compliance with legal and tax obligations (LGPD art. 7, II; GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).
How long data is kept
- On your device: until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- At Google (ads, purchases and Play Games): for the periods set by Google, explained in How Google retains data.
- Your e-mails to us: as long as needed to reply and follow up; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Transaction information: for the period required by tax and accounting laws.
Your rights
Under the LGPD and the GDPR you can ask for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. You can also complain to the ANPD (Brazil) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Since Blue Labz only keeps the messages you send us, most game data stays on your device or with Google. For Google data, use your account tools at myaccount.google.com. For anything else, write to the contact at the end of this page and we will reply within the legal deadlines.
Children
The games are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect children's data. The games do not ask for the player's age and do not tag ad requests as child-directed. Google states that it does not show personalized ads to users it identifies as under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us data, contact us so we can delete it.
How to control your data
- Ad choices (EEA, UK and Switzerland): to redo your choice, clear the app's data in Settings › Apps › [game] › Storage › Clear data; Google's consent message appears again the next time you open the game. Note: this also deletes the progress stored on the device.
- Advertising ID: on Android, open Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID. Without it, ads keep showing but are not personalized based on it.
- Ad personalization: adjust it in Google My Ad Center.
- Notifications: turn them off in the game settings or in Settings › Apps › [game] › Notifications.
- Play Games: in the Google Play Games app or settings you can change your profile visibility and sign out.
How to delete your data
- Data on your device: clear the app's data (Settings › Apps › [game] › Storage › Clear data) or uninstall the game. This deletes your progress. Permanent purchases, such as "No Ads", can be restored by reinstalling with the same Google account; coins and packs already used do not come back.
- Play Games: in the Google Play Games app or settings, you can delete a single game's data or your whole Play Games profile, including scores and achievements.
- Google data: manage and delete your account activity at myaccount.google.com.
- Messages you sent us: ask for deletion through the contact below.
The games do not create accounts, so there is no Blue Labz account to close.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the games change (for example, if they start using a new service). The effective date at the top always shows the current version; important changes will also be highlighted here.
