Who we are

This site is run by Blue Labz. To talk about privacy or your data, use the contact at the end of this page.

What we collect

Only what you type and send through the site forms: your e-mail for the Blue Labz Club (together with your consent to receive news) and the e-mail and message from the feedback form.

These submissions are delivered to our e-mail inbox and are not stored in a site database. We use them only to reply to you and, for the Club, to tell you about launches and betas.

Legal basis (LGPD)

Consent (LGPD art. 7, I): you tick the consent box in the Club form. For feedback, we use your message only to reply to you.

What stays on your device

We keep only two preferences locally in your browser: bl.lang (your chosen language) and bl.bolt.best (your best mini-game score). Neither is sent to us.

What we do not do

This site uses no analytics, no cookies and no third-party trackers, and shows no ads. We do not sell your data. Our games have their own policy, the “App privacy policy” (linked in the footer).

How long we keep it

While you are in the Club or until the feedback conversation ends. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the LGPD you can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, withdraw consent and leave the Club whenever you want.
